### Ingredients:

– 1 large bunch of fresh kale, rinsed and chopped
– 1 handful of wild garlic leaves, rinsed and chopped
– 1 large onion, diced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 large potato, peeled and diced
– 1 liter vegetable stock
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 200 ml coconut milk (optional, for creaminess)
– A squeeze of lemon juice (optional)

### Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Ingredients:**
– Rinse and chop the kale, removing any tough stems. Similarly, rinse the wild garlic leaves and chop them roughly.
– Peel and dice the potato, dice the onion, and mince the garlic cloves.

2. **Heat the Oil:**
– In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

3. **Sauté the Vegetables:**
– Add the diced onion to the pot and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
– Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

4. **Cook the Potato:**
– Add the diced potato to the pot and pour in the vegetable stock.
– Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook until the potato is tender, about 10-15 minutes.

5. **Add the Greens:**
– Stir in the chopped kale and wild garlic leaves. Let them cook for another 5-7 minutes until they are wilted and tender.

6. **Blend the Soup:**
– Remove the pot from the heat and use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth. Alternatively, you can transfer the soup in batches to a blender and blend until smooth.

7. **Season:**
– Return the blended soup to the pot. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you prefer a creamier soup, stir in the coconut milk. Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra brightness, if desired.

8. **Serve:**
