### Instructions ###
1. Prepare the Tofu:
Begin by pressing the tofu to remove excess water. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and cornstarch. Add the tofu cubes and gently toss until well-coated. Set aside.

2. Cook the Tofu:
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Once hot, add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the tofu and set aside.

3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
