6. Brown Sugar: 2 tablespoons
7. Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
8. Ginger: 1 tablespoon, grated

10. Bamboo Skewers: Soaked in water for 30 minutes

2. Mirin: 2 tablespoons
3. Sake: 2 tablespoons
4. Brown Sugar: 1 tablespoon

### Instructions:

1. Marinate the Chicken:
