### Ingredients- 3 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced- 2 jalapeños, deseeded and finely chopped- 1 large onion, finely chopped- 3 garlic cloves, minced- 1 red bell pepper, chopped- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese- 1 cup bread crumbs- 2 tablespoons olive oil- 1 teaspoon dried oregano- 1 teaspoon dried basil- Salt and pepper to taste- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
