Ingredients:

For the Tofu Marinade:
– 1 block of firm tofu, drained and pressed

– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– ½ teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon black pepper

For the Salad:

– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions:

1. Marinate and Cook the Tofu:
