Spicy Mango Jicama Salad with Fresh Lime Juice
This colorful and refreshing Spicy Mango Jicama Salad combines the sweetness of ripe mangoes with the crisp texture of jicama. Infused with a hint of spice and zesty lime juice, this dish is perfect for a light lunch, side salad, or a healthy snack.
Ingredients:
– 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
– 1 medium jicama, peeled and julienned
– 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
– 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
– 1 fresh jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
– 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
– 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
