Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Beef
1. Season the beef cubes with salt and pepper.

4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 2 hours, or until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.

1. Taste the goulash and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
