1. Marinate the Chicken:

5. Add Vegetables and Tomatoes:
– Add the chopped bell pepper and tomatoes to the skillet. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spices.
– Cover the skillet and let the mixture simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.

6. Finish with Garam Masala and Lemon Juice:
– Sprinkle the garam masala over the dish and stir well.
– Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the top and mix to incorporate.

7. Serve:
– Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro leaves.
– Serve hot with steamed rice or warm naan bread.
