Ingredients
For the Marinated Lamb
– 1 kg lamb chops or lamb shoulder, cut into pieces

– 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
– 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 teaspoon paprika

For the Mint & Dill Yogurt Sauce
– 1 cup Greek yogurt
– 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
– 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Marinate the Lamb
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped mint, chopped dill, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the lamb pieces to the bowl, ensuring each piece is well-coated with the marinade.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor infusion.

Step 2: Prepare the Mint & Dill Yogurt Sauce
