Ingredients:

– 2 tbsp tomato paste
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
– 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Mashed Potatoes:
– 2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
– 4 tbsp butter
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:
1. Place the peeled and quartered potatoes in a large pot, fill with water to cover the potatoes, and add a pinch of salt.
2. Bring to a boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
