Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, Italian breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, beaten egg, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Transfer the turkey mixture into the prepared loaf pan and press it down evenly to form a loaf shape.
- In a small bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture over the meatloaf, spreading it evenly to cover the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Once cooked, let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices and makes for cleaner slices.
- Serve with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables. Enjoy your hearty Italian turkey meatloaf with a yummy tomato glaze!
