Ingredients:

  • 12 cannelloni pasta tubes
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

2. Cook the cannelloni tubes according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. Set aside.
