- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

Instructions###
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
- Place the fish fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the minced garlic.
