  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced

Instructions###

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
  2. Place the fish fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the minced garlic.
