– 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
– 1 tsp ground cumin
– 1 tsp ground coriander
– 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)

– 2 tbsp olive oil
– Juice of 1 lemon
