Delicious Herbed Baked Rainbow Trout
Baked Rainbow Trout is a mouthwatering dish that combines the delicate flavors of fresh fish with a savory blend of herbs and spices. Ingredients:
– 2 whole rainbow trout, cleaned and gutted
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 lemon, thinly sliced
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
– 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
– 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the baking dish: Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
3. Rinse the trout inside and out under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
