1. Marinate the Chicken:
1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, ground cumin, paprika, turmeric, ground coriander, garam masala, and salt.
2. Add the chicken cubes and mix well so that the chicken is completely coated.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for the best flavor.
