Ingredients:
– 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, thinly sliced
– 3 cups shredded green cabbage
– 1 red bell pepper, julienned

– 1 small onion, thinly sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
– 3 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp oyster sauce
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Cooked rice or noodles (for serving, optional)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken and Vegetables:
– In a bowl, mix the sliced chicken with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of pepper. Set aside to marinate while you prepare the vegetables.
– Gather and prepare the cabbage, bell peppers, carrot, onion, garlic, and ginger.
