– 2 bell peppers (any color), chopped
– 2 medium tomatoes, diced
– 2 tablespoons tomato paste

– 1 bay leaf

To Serve:

Instructions:

1. Searing the Beef: Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the beef cubes in batches, searing them until browned on all sides. Remove the beef and set aside.
