1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
3 large tomatoes, finely chopped
2 large onions, finely sliced
3-4 green chilies, sliced
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
½ cup yogurt, whisked
¼ cup cooking oil
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large wok (karahi) over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
