– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 500 grams (1 lb) mushrooms, sliced
– 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cheese Mixture:
– 500 grams (16 oz) ricotta cheese
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 large egg
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Other Ingredients:
– 12 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package directions
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for the top layer)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Tomato Sauce:
1.1. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
