  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably whole grain)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
