- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add the chicken thighs to the pot and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
