Ingredients:
2 lbs (900g) of potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 can (2 oz) of anchovy fillets, drained and minced
1 ½ cups (360 ml) of heavy cream
½ cup (120 ml) of milk
3 tbsp of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup of breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
