Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Draw a 9-inch circle on the paper as a guide for shaping your pavlova.

2. Prepare the Meringue:
In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add the superfine sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue to beat until stiff, glossy peaks form, and the sugar is fully dissolved.

3. Add Vinegar, Cornstarch, and Vanilla:
Gently fold in the vinegar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract using a rubber spatula until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

4. Shape the Meringue:
Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, using the drawn circle as a guide. Shape it into a circle with a slight indentation in the center to hold the toppings.

5. Bake:
Place the meringue in the preheated oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 225°F (110°C). Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until the meringue is crisp and dry on the outside. Turn off the oven and let the meringue cool completely inside the oven with the door slightly ajar.

6. Prepare the Whipped Cream Topping:
In a medium bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
