Delicious Beef and Apple Saute
This savory and slightly sweet dish features tender beef strips and crisp apple slices sautéed together to create a harmonious blend of flavors. Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 medium apples, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef to the skillet and sauté until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced onions and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
